Reviews
I went to "Pan Kobo Nohmi" in the Nishi Ward, near Shimoyamato・Meinohama・Fukushige!
I provide a detailed introduction with photos, including recommendations for menu items, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and my actual dining experience. If you're interested, please be sure to check it out.
If you're wondering, "What's the recommended menu?", "Where is it?", or "I want to see photos!",
This is perfect for you!
The rich flavor of sweet red bean paste is amazing! The chewy texture is irresistible—our most popular No.1 “Kuro Anpan”!

This elegant black anpan is made with premium Hokkaido-grown Dainagon azuki beans and high-quality Wasanbon sugar.
The generously filled chunky red bean paste is simply exquisite! It has a rich azuki flavor with a perfectly balanced sweetness. The dough is chewy yet pleasantly light, and I absolutely loved it!
The deep sweetness of brown sugar gives this melon pan a unique, addictive flavor—”Melon Pan Black”!

Made with Okinawan brown sugar and black syrup, this melon pan has a unique richness and umami that spreads in your mouth—absolutely delicious!
The inside is moist, and the deep sweetness of the brown sugar is irresistibly addictive!
Cream pan with a gentle sweetness
This cream pan is absolutely delicious!
The gentle sweetness of the cream, rich with the flavors of egg and milk, pairs perfectly with the soft and chewy dough.
Three Cheese Bread

The rich, toasted aroma of cheese fills your mouth with every bite.
The outside is perfectly crisp, while the inside is moist and delightfully chewy. Three types of cheese are harmoniously combined, creating a perfect balance of richness and saltiness.
All the other breads are delicious too!

The thick omelet sandwich, cinnamon roll, and croque-monsieur that I tried all showcased the natural flavors of their ingredients, making each bite highly satisfying.
The texture of the bread was especially outstanding in every item, highlighting the careful selection of ingredients despite their simple appearance.
Additionally, the cheese sausage, menchi-katsu burger, and Margherita looked absolutely delicious, and I can’t wait to try them next time.
With such an enticing lineup, it feels like you can’t go wrong with any choice!
A stylish bakery

The owner has a gentle demeanor, and the polite service makes for a pleasant experience.
Be aware that the bakery is closed on weekdays and only open on weekends. When I visited right after opening, the selection was limited, but by around 11 AM, there were plenty of breads available.
The interior has a stylish and inviting atmosphere that lifts your mood the moment you step in. Though the space is compact, it allows for an easy view of everything, making the time spent deciding which bread to choose even more enjoyable.
With its wonderful ambiance and delicious offerings, it’s the kind of place you’ll find yourself wanting to visit again and again!
