The Exceptional Charcoal-Grilled Miyazaki Chicken with a Distinct Charcoal Aroma

The charcoal-grilled Miyazaki chicken has a perfect texture, tender and delicious with the subtle flavor of charcoal and seasoning.
It has an authentic taste reminiscent of the charcoal grilling from Miyazaki, and it always leaves you satisfied no matter when you eat it!
The yuzu pepper is delicious.
Crispy and Fun Fried Mehari Fish

The fried Mehari fish is crispy and tasty. The mild flavor of the white fish is prominent, making it a great snack.
It’s my first time trying it, and I love it! I recommend adding lemon!
Crispy on the Outside, Juicy on the Inside Gyoza from Maruoka

Maruoka’s gyoza is crispy on the outside and stuffed with a filling rich in cabbage on the inside.
The small size makes it easy to eat, and it pairs perfectly with alcohol.
Spicy Noodles with a Perfect Balance of Heat and Flavor – A Miyazaki Specialty

The spicy noodles from Miyazaki have a broth that balances intense heat with deep flavor.
The chewy konnyaku noodles match perfectly with the spice, making it a must-try for spice lovers.
Fresh and Flavorful Bonito Tataki

The tataki of bonito is incredibly fresh, allowing you to taste the pure flavor of the fish.
The grilling is just right, and it pairs wonderfully with the condiments, offering a refreshing taste.
It comes with salt, garlic, and ginger. I recommend the ginger.
The Atmosphere of the Restaurant

Hinata no Kura is a Miyazaki cuisine specialty restaurant located on the B1F of the JRJP Hakata Building, just a short walk from Hakata Station.
