Delicious homemade handmade flat noodles and broth.
Makoto Udon’s udon noodles are thin, flat noodles hand-pulled by the owner himself, and are characterized by their firm elasticity and sticky texture.
Unlike the generally soft noodles of Hakata udon, you can enjoy the firm texture of these noodles.
The dashi broth is made from Rausu kelp, dried bonito flakes, and Urume sardine flakes, and is full of seafood flavor and rich aroma.
The deep flavor of the dashi broth and the texture of the noodles are in perfect harmony, and once you try it, you will never forget the taste. The dashi broth is delicious.
The burdock tempura is different from the common ones, and the shredded burdock tempura is fresh.
The squid tempura was also cut into small pieces and very easy to eat. It is plump and delicious.
Kashiwa rice is also delicious

Authentic Teuchi Makoto Udon is a reputable udon restaurant located a minute walk from the south exit of Meinohama Station.

The owner, Makoto Yoshioka, trained at Daisuke Udon before opening his own restaurant. The homemade handmade thin noodles have a firm and sticky texture.
The clear golden broth made from Rausu kelp, dried bonito flakes, and Urume sardine flakes is also well known.
I was seated at the counter and was able to see the kitchen, but the owner and wait staff’s deftness and warm service were also highly appreciated. Overall, I was very satisfied with my lunch and would like to try the donburi next time.
